I do not believe this study should cause schools of all grades to have a nap time. Although the memory and brain can be refreshed and strengthened,it may provoke and encourage bad habits. For instance, these "nap" times may bring laziness in the students thus affecting their attention span during class. The consequences of naps can be dire.
